Review:

How did you intentionally make sure you were the same person in front of your family, friends, at church, etc. this week?

Questions:

  • When you are walking in disobedience to God or fleeing His presence, how does that impact your…
    • Family life
    • Friends at school
    • People at church
    • Small group
    • Areas you serve
    • If you attend at all

  • When you are walking in obedience to God, how does it affect (Positively or Negatively) your…
    • Family
    • Friends at school
    • People at church
    • Random people you come in contact with

  • After thinking about the positive impact we could (and should!) have on friends, family, church, and even strangers as the light of Christ, what are some areas you are struggling to walk in obedience to God’s leading? (In other words, at home, school, church, etc., is God telling you to do/be something that you aren’t wanting to put in the work to do?)

Challenge:

God is calling you to STEP UP! He has clear directions for your life and how you affect the lives of people at home, church, and school. Stop living selfishly like Jonah and put in the work obedience requires. Be ready to share what God specifically asked you to do and how you responded next week.
