Sometimes we look at our mistakes, our wounds, and our scars and we're tempted to keep them hidden as the ugliness of our past. The enemy whispers that the scars of past trials make us unworthy or that those scars should be a source of guilt and shame. After His resurrection, Jesus readily used his scars to give Him a voice in the lives of others. They told the story of God's faithfulness and power. His scars weren't kept hidden or covered; instead, they became his testimony.
