Throughout Scripture, we see that God calls on
People who never quite feel like the measure up, like Moses and his speaking ability
People who seemed to have disqualify themselves in the past, like David and his selfishness
People who couldn’t possibly know enough, like Paul who only knew Jesus and the cross.
Sometimes when the Lord asks us to step out in faith, we are quick to find all of the reasons God couldn’t possibly intend to use us.
If God called you to do something (Which He is probably doing) why do you think you may not be qualified. In other words what fears our stopping from doing what the Lord wants?
When God calls the unqualified He is asking us to depend on Him and not our own selfs. In other words He is asking us die to ourselves. What things do you have to let go of in your life to let the Lord use you? (Pride, fear, anger, low self-esteem, etc.)
If we believe what the Bible says and if we believe the Lord will provide everything we need to accomplish His Will. Why do we fear to take that step of faith?
How do you think the Lord is using you right now in your life?
What do you feel unprepared to do?
